Project/Operations Management
Our system designers stay involved in your project all the way through and post the actual installation. We don’t just turn it over to someone else to handle, they are involved throughout the entire process. In addition to your system designer, every project regardless of size is overseen by an operations manager. The operations manager’s job is to ensure that your project runs smoothly with a focus on you receiving the best final product. The design team works closely with the operations manager to coordinate all participants involved on a project, whether it is a simple flat screen installation or a complex job requiring interaction with many others.
